Sign up with your phone

No email, no password games. Amit enters his phone number, gets a 6-digit code by SMS, then sets his name, business and a password.

  • You're signed in instantly — no confirmation email to chase

This is the one screen that unlocks the rest of the app. Your UPI ID is the address guests pay to — set it, and the whole desk opens up.

  • Business name & owner name are pre-filled from sign-up
  • Add your UPI ID — e.g. nestvilla@hdfc
  • Address & GSTIN are optional — they show on invoices

Until a UPI ID is saved, every page redirects here. The moment you save it, you land on Today with the full app unlocked.

Tell VillaDesk about Nest Villa. Only name and location are required — the rest sharpens your quotes, invoices and guest messages.

  • Bedrooms, max guests, and a base rate per night
  • House rules like pets allowed — a no-pets villa hard-blocks pet bookings
  • Optional per-property UPI, gate code, Wi-Fi and an accent colour for invoices

The calendar blocks overlapping stays automatically — so you can never double-book a villa. Starter includes up to 3 properties.

The defaults are already sensible — adjust only what matters to you, then drop in your logo so every invoice looks like a brand.

  • Advance threshold — a booking auto-confirms once this share is paid (default 25%)
  • Repeat-booking offer — how long after check-out to prep a win-back (default 30 days)
  • Upload a logo + tagline — rendered on every GST invoice Growth+

The privacy toggle keeps guest phone numbers masked from caretakers by default — turn it off only if you want staff to see full numbers.

Give on-property staff their own login — scoped to just the villas they run. They see arrivals and tasks, never your finances.

  • Add name, phone and password — then assign properties
  • No Leads, Revenue, Billing or invoice downloads
  • Guest phones stay masked unless you allowed it in Settings

Caretaker seats by plan: 0 on Starter · 2 on Growth · unlimited on Pro. On Starter, adding one prompts a quick upgrade.
