How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get the full product — every feature, no limits — for 14 days. No card and no payment details to start. Most owners enter their first booking within 30 minutes of signing up.
How do I pay? Do I need a credit card?
No card needed. You pay by UPI, the way you already pay for everything else. Pick monthly or annual after your trial.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Where is my guest data stored?
Your data is hosted in Central India and it stays yours — you can export your revenue and bookings to Excel any time.
Will sending WhatsApp messages get my number blocked?
No. Marketing and reminders send from your own WhatsApp number as copy-ready, one-tap messages — not bulk business-API blasts. That's the safe way to use WhatsApp for villas, and it's how VillaDesk is built.
Villa, Homestay or Hotel — which do I pick?
Villa if you rent whole properties. Homestay if you host a few individual rooms. Hotel if you run room-type inventory with a front desk, room rack and housekeeping. You can switch later — your data comes with you.
What are "auto-messages"?
Automated WhatsApp guest messages — booking confirmation, pre-arrival, check-in, review request and so on. The monthly number on each plan is a generous ceiling; most properties use only a fraction of it. Need more? Extra messages are ₹0.30 each.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Add extra villas or rooms as add-ons, or move up a tier anytime. Add-ons: ₹200/villa/mo (Villa), ₹500 per 10 rooms/mo (Homestay), ₹750 per 10 rooms/mo (Hotel). Your data comes with you either way.
How do the room limits work?
For homestays and hotels, each plan includes a set number of rooms — 6 to 20 for homestays, 15 to 60 for hotels. They're a cap, not a hard wall: when you reach the limit, add more in blocks of 10 (₹500/mo for homestays, ₹750/mo for hotels) or move up a tier. The app tells you when you're at the limit and adding more is one tap — you'll never be blocked from taking a booking. Villa plans count whole villas, not rooms.
